SYSTEMS ANALYST
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoot used system issues
Evaluate and analyze data to solve user information needs
Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from database and data interpretation
Create design requirement documents for development processes
Assist development team with system updates/upgrades
Prepare required reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Coordinate and work closely with users, business partners, and development team resources to further business objectives and resolve issue
Understands the operational systems and any changes requires in the existing system
Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features 10. Document interfaces between new and legacy systems
Collaborate with IT team and/or developers to produce new system
Validate changes by testing programs
Identify system requirements
Prepare training materials for end users
Train users on the new operation systems and provide support 16. Ensure deadline and budget requirements are met
Balance multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Educational Background:
Graduate of any of the following courses:
Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Engineering field; Computer Engineering and Industrial Engineering graduate is preferred.
Experience:
With related work experience in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) analysis in an engineering or manufacturing environment including hands on experience in software operation and documentation.
Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills in researching and solving problems related to complex systems.
Able to work well with colleagues and produce results within a fast-paced and high-pressure atmosphere. Combine strong attention to detail with an orientation towards results/execution.
Must be flexible and able to handle multiple and varied tasks
Must have strong interpersonal skills and a good team player to effectively communicate with other functional areas as follows:
Design, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and Production
Able to handle frequent interruptions, and handle conflict in an effective manner
Ability to execute assigned tasks with limited instruction, providing task status and seeking help when needed
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Possesses good working ethics
Inclined in Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Experience with Microsoft Office products. Accurate typing/computer data entry with above average attention to detail
