Details: As a System Analyst for the Adobe Experience Cloud you will be responsible for the ongoing operations of Adobe Experience Cloud Adobe Campaign system. You will be part of the global team acting as primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe Campaign system, including development of application features and configurations, architecture, integrations and data. You will be part of the support model to fulfill service requests and resolve incidents and problems. Additionally, you will direct support on upgrades and enhancements to the system, participate in defining solutions, and be responsible for testing to ensure stable and successful releases on the platform. The System Analysts also bridges the gap between various business facing IT Process Leads and the technical teams that support the platform. This position includes vendor management in cases where a partner vendor is required. You will also work directly with business users and 3rd party partner users. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and a high level of proficiency in English (speak, read and write). Additionally, you should be comfortable working in an international environment as part of a global service, working with colleagues from many countries, time-zones and cultures.
Job Requirements Details: Required Capabilities (Skills, Experience, and Competencies): Technical background/experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic) especially managing technical workflows, webforms, deliveries and data schema management, and data integration with other systems. Proficiency in SQL, XML, JavaScript, and HTML Understanding of web analytics and tag management Ability to communicate to business and IT contacts on a variety of topics Understanding of relational database, client-server and data integration concepts English proficiency (spoken and written) Additional Preferred Capabilities: Prior experience in multi-channel marketing Prior experience working with international stakeholders ITIL certified JIRA/Confluence experience
