Systems Analyst (Cebu)

The Systems Analyst's role is to study, review, and analyze user/client needs to create system solutions that support overall business strategies. Document system requirements, define scopes and objectives, and assist in developing system specifications. Ensures the quality of system development and implementation.
Responsibilities:Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Determine priority and criticality of requirements.Determine completeness of application/solution and facilitate UAT.Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing work instructions, help desk support, and training users.Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications. Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, forming a project team, and establishing a project budget.Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
