Create and maintain branch accounts and branch memberships with external systems
Use and maintain a checklist for all job positions to set up, modify, and terminate user accounts
Monitor the ticket queue for newly created tickets and resolve based on departmental and organizational SLA with a keen focus on exceptional Customer Service
Ensure that all support tickets are properly tracked and responded to in proper SLA response rates.
Maintain new hire, job change, and termination SLAs and workflows
Maintain all license-related requests and access for individuals and branches.
Support the IT Leadership team in advancing technology initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Creation of technical documentation, system documentation, 'how-to' guides, and self-help references
Create and Reassign Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities in response to personnel changes
Audit all external user accounts on a quarterly basis
Maintain confidentiality
**Requirements**:
Self-directed and results-driven with demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet service level agreements.
Exceptional personal and customer service skills.
Professional, energetic, and friendly demeanor and appearance.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Associate's degree or high school diploma with 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, HR administrator, IT user account administration, or similar clerical/administrative role.
