Recruitment Specification Must be conversant with cryogenics safety systems and have a knowledge of cryovessels used for both bulk storage and mobile units as used on Typhoon, Tornado, Hawk, C-130, F-15 aircrafts and Cougars. In addition, Fire department, Military Hospitals and Army Aviation.Ideally will have completed a cryovessel servicing, cryogenic safety, quality assurance of cryogenic liquids, high pressure gas cylinder test and inspection and Safety Valve servicing courses.Must have practical experience of cryovessel servicing, inspection and repair, transfer of cryogenic liquids, pumping of high pressure gas, inspection and testing of high pressure cylinders, use of chemical and electronic test sets used for purity, odour, carbon monoxide and acetylene testing.Have a sound knowledge of both mechanical and electrical servicing of cryogenic pumps and associated 3 phase electrical motors and control systems.Be able to interpret electrical and mechanical workshop diagrams to assist with maintenance fault finding and rectification.Must be able to demonstrate problem-solving abilities in an often rapidly changing environment. This must be done in a safe and effective manner to ensure compliance with laid down procedures and without compromise to the task in hand.A current driving license is a pre-requisite of the job.The job holder will be accountable for: Act as a cryogenic system-training specialist.Ensure all work directives, and schedule work assignments are completed effectively.Assist in compiling reports on stock levels, inventory issues and any other reports as required by the KKAB Operations & Maintenance Squadron (O & M Commander) and Logistics Wing Commander.BAE Systems Saudi Development & Training (SDT) was first established back in 1994 as part of the Saudi Economic Offset Program.
