We are seeking a motivated System Expert to join our dynamic team. As a System Expert, you will effectively implement HR processes, perform analysis, and propose enhancements to our system. You will play a vital role in HR projects and manage relationships with our local vendors. You will have the opportunity to contribute to Ericsson's forward-thinking culture and make a difference to our team. You will perform HR Delivery tasks according to standard processes/procedures. Perform analysis and suggest improvements on processes and tools. Run and participate in HR Delivery projects. Manage agreed local vendors.
What you will do

Complete execution of Human Resources policies and processes
Deliver Human Resources services and provide functional expertise
Provide project support as well as HR delivery and data
Back-end Support experience
Data Replication experience
Workflow Management experience
Success Factors/SAP experience
Functional and Technical Support Services experience

You will bring

A Bachelor's degree, preferably within Human Resources/IT or demonstrable experience within required area
A minimum of 1-2 years experience
Presentation and communication skills
Proactive, customer-focused mind-set
Analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
