System Developer Associate Manager

Job Description Establish and nurture rapport with clients that is conducive to a long-term business relationshipManage performance of assigned functional areas and personnel through metrics that address quantitative, qualitative, and fiscal key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as personnel productivityDrive efficiency with accuracy on reporting Continually offer input to innovate processes, systems, organization, and cultureDevelop effective relationships with key executives and managers to gain/maintain a deep understanding of projects, client activities and business prioritiesProvide leadership and assume responsibility for key support services including, but not limited to contact center support, training, procurement support services and production support servicesPrioritize and manage multiple complex projects within time, technical and resource constraintsProvide written documentation to appropriate team members and client addressing each facet of implementation for every project, to include an overall rollout plan, timelines, and project assignmentsProvide advanced problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation to clientsCoordinate client resources and assign project tasksProactively identify and orchestrate prompt resolution of internal and client issuesManage the development, creation and distribution of all operational and fiscal businessreporting both internal and client facing Job Qualifications Must have 7 years of experience in System DevelopmentMust have at least 3 years of experience in handling a TeamMust have experience in PowerBIMust have experience in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, ETL
