Job Description:

"•Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in the Annual Documentation Plan

Reviews documented policies and procedures to determine possible gaps against IMS standards and government regulations

•Recommends improvement in policies and procedures based on result of gap analysis

•Assists the Quality Assurance Manager in coordinating with various departments to effectively implement IMS (i.e., conduct orientation for new revised policies and procedure follow through of implementation, etc.)

•Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in consolidating the performance results of the IMS Objectives, Targets and programs to be presented to the IMS Review Committee

•Controls all documents and records that are part of the IMS, including those in electronic media"

Job Qualifications:

"•Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering

•With experience in documents and records management, ISO documentation and auditing

•Knowledgeable in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

•Good in communication and presentation skills (oral and written) with pleasing personality"
