**Job Description**:
1.
Defines and implements system enhancements to produce the needed capability builds for the platform

2.
Provides advance technical assistance in systems evaluation to meet innovative business requirements

3.
Coordinates with the Design team to provide technical solution based on business requirements

4.
Defines and initiates system requirement specification for the enhancement needed in the platform

6.
Defines and applies the design and delivery standards of the platform

8.
Defines platform health metrics and establish monitoring dashboards

9.
Performs internal testing to validate capability and ensure alignment on planned build

10.
Produces simulators to do validation
