JD- This role is for a System Analyst who will work in a team of 5-6 people. This Team works on Amdocs inhouse applications: EPC and BPT. Mainly the work is related to handling of Customer complaints (Incidents) and the User requests (Service Request/SR) on daily basis. Focal will be required to contribute by handling the same. This will require analysis of the Incidents and Service Requests and providing the best solution to resolve/complete them.

Focal will be provided access to the necessary applications and KT/ Handover to perform the daily tasks.

Focal will also perform automations for the repeated Incidents or SRs to bring down the turn-around time of handling them.

This is a critical support role and may require on-call/ work in shift specially when we have Deployments or Major issue in Production system.
