EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
· Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
· Bachelor of Science in Information Technology

WORK EXPERIENCE
· With at least 3 years of hands-on technical experience in IT Infrastructure administration preferable in a multi-office company.
· With at least 3 years solid experience in SQL Server and Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019 Administration and Troubleshooting.
· With more than 3 years experience in installation/ configuration/ supports in Windows Server/ Windows 7/ Windows 10/11 operating system.
· With at least 1 year of supervisory experience in people management.

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Responsible for LAN/WAN Administration
· Responsible for IT Security Management
· Responsible for IT Asset Management including Software Licenses Administration
· Responsible for MS SQL Database Administration
· Responsible for Email Administration, Collaboration Portals, etc.
· Responsible for Server Administration
· Responsible for Installation, Supports and conducting Trainings to Project Sites Biometric and Attendance Monitoring System
· Work with IT Technician in a day-to-day activity
· Responsible for resolving requests assigned by the Systems Head
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures
