System Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide hands on operation, administration, and functional support of Microsoft Dynamics D365 and other 3rd party software systems.
* Assist on Sales Order Creation & Posting
* Assist on Purchase Order Creation & Posting
* Assist on Sales CR/Adj Notes Creation & Posting
* Adjust Inventory adjustment journals- Process warehouse inbound & outbound in system
* Manage the inventory control in the system
* Create and update user manuals, providing coaching in Microsoft Dynamics (FinOps)
* Co-develop and maintain policies, procedures and training documentation for all systems including master file maintenance.
* Provide recommendations for process improvements to drive efficiencies and continuous improvements that enhance the reputation

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
* Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
* Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
* Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language
* Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
* Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
* Excellent communication skills
* BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
