System Admin Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Ensure good performance of IT personnel.
Handle escalated issues as advises.
Investigate and implement new technology and solutions to improve or optimize business operations.
Ensure disaster recovery plan and strategy is in place for all critical systems.
Audit and ensure best practice from an IT Security perspective.

Qualifications:
Seven (7) or more years' experience in IT department.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or any other related course.
Strong initiative to improve operations and performance.
Experience in people management as well as handling the whole IT team.
Experience in leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving.
Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
Experience with operating systems, databases, applications, and patch management.
Ability to create scripts and experience with automation tools.
Familiarity with various operating systems platforms, monitoring, and security system.
