Responsibilities:
Responsible for building, expanding and maintaining good relationship with SVIP
Coordinate and promote resolution of VIP customer issues;Responsible for understanding customer needs, analyzing related data. Periodically issue relevant research reports, collect feedback to improve service operation process continuously;Responsible for setting up and optimizing the VIP customer operating system, improving the customer's trust and satisfaction with the service system;Other related tasks assigned. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience.,Bachelor's degree or higher. Preference will be given to candidates who graduated in English Language, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Psychology, etc.Chinese/English : Fluent - Priority: Candidates with working experience in the Internet industry.
