Requirements: Experience of working for a research or consultancy with proven research and analysis skills.Knowledge and experience in monitoring and evaluation of projectsKnowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methodsKnowledge and interest in sustainable development, ESG, social issues, and/or working in the social housing sectorGraduate of a 4 year college course that provided training in research, data analysis and report writingPreferably with 2-3 years relevant experience in the same field/ fresh grads are welcome to apply.Strong people skills and ability to communicate effectively with and understand the perspectives of different stakeholder groups in the private, public and social sectorsStrong analytical and quantitative skills, including data analysisStrong ability for research and processing of information for effective useExcellent writing skills and ability to synthesize information and write in a clear and concise manner, with some proven experience of report writingProficiency in use of powerpoint and similar presentation methodsHighly organized, detail-oriented and can implement plans in a methodical mannerSelf-motivated, self-initiating; able to work independently and autonomouslyResponsible, mature, serious and hardworkingAble to carry self professionally in meetings with other stakeholdersFluent in English and Filipino - in oral and written languageMust be willing to work onsite in Ortigas
