SUSHI CHEF
ASSISTANT SUSHI CHEF

Qualifications:
• At least 1 to 2 years' experience as a Sushi Chief
• Experience in Food/Manufacturing Industry
• Creating a rich suchi menu with various main engredients and raw fish (Salmon, tuna, unigi)
• Preparing all types of Sushi including Maki, Naigiri, and Sashimi
• Selecting fresh fruits and vegetables to make high quality dishes.
