Job Description

Communication with clients, project managers and programmers to review survey materials (questionnaires, skip logic, data needs) and provide guidance as neededWorks with project managers to develop solutions for special project requirements and challengesEnsures end-to-end project delivery in alignment with the client, sales and project managers, leading to high client satisfaction with project deliverables
Qualifications

Min 2 years of experience at a market reseach companyEXCEPTIONAL attention to detail, and commitment to the accuracy and integrity of informationUnwavering approach to do it right the first timeExpert understanding of the questionnaire structureExcellent at managing multiple projects and prioritiesStrong understanding of market research methodsPropensity to quickly learn, and at times implement, new processes and applicationsStrong problem-solving skills, including an ability to think outside-the-boxExceptional ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and prioritiesIngenuity and the willingness to learn new techniquesExcellent at establishing and managing relationships with clients, vendors, and coworkersExcellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookOrganized, self-motivated, and self-directed
