We are looking for an experienced business process and/or delivery analyst who can identify issues that impede efficient process delivery, analyze delivery metrics and develop procedures to advance our overall survey operations program. The Survey Delivery Analyst will be a senior member of our Survey Operations team and will primarily monitor and manage the delivery of data collection for our regional teams.Duties and Responsibilities:- Assesses employer data collection functions, including those from multi-country participants, while considering workloads across the SO team and determining optimal distribution of assignments against capacities. Develops monitoring metrics to support continual assessment and identification of operational challenges.- Proposes assignment distributions in response to changing operational demands and available capacity extending to cross team calibration of workload.- Advises Survey Operations Manager and Team Leads on workload assignments identifying impediments in process, capacities, and execution.- Assesses any disruptive issues or improvement opportunities in internal SO or cross-unit processes, and advises process owners regarding proposed remediation.- Reviews data submission processes with large external clients with a view towards streamlining data availability and consistency in provision.- Monitors team metrics and performance versus targets to anticipate bottlenecks throughout the survey data delivery process and put into place mitigation strategies, including recommended process improvements, that ensure timely delivery.- Monitors feedback mechanisms within the Survey Operations team and analyses patterns to recommend process improvements impacting quality of survey delivery.Essential Role Requirements:- Excellent organizational skills with experience in process management, developing standards and metrics, monitoring.- Detail oriented.- Good communication skills - keeping others informed, generating follow-ups and pointing out problems/issues- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other monitoring tools experienced in previous positions/organizations
