- Must be a Graduate of BS in Nursing
- Must be a Registered Nurse
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience as a Surgical Nurse
- Must have training certificates of Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and Certificate of Training or Rotation for Surgery

- Prepares the surgical room for any procedure
- Prepares patient
- Assist doctors
- Charting, charging, monitoring and referring patients
- Inventory and requisition
- PMS of machines
