As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat while maintaining high standards of service.
- Diagnose and resolve client issues concerning our financial products and services.
- Document support interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

2. **Problem Solving:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve escalated issues effectively.
- Analyze client feedback and provide insights to identify areas for product and service improvement.
- Participate in creating FAQs and knowledge base articles to enhance self-service support.

3. **Client Education:**
- Educate clients on the effective use of our products, services, and resources.
- Conduct follow-up outreach to ensure client satisfaction and optimize their experience with our offerings.
- Assist in onboarding new clients by providing them with relevant resources and guidance.

4. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members to foster a supportive collaborative environment.
- Attend team meetings, sharing insights and feedback to improve team performance.
- Collaborate on initiatives to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry.

- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

- **Skills:**
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
