Job Description:

MetroMart is seeking a Support Specialist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference
- Assist with research and data analysis to improve customer support processes
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
- Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role
- Adaptable and energetic personality traits
- Strong decision-making and research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
