**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support:**
- Address customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Guide customers through our e-commerce platform, assisting with order placements, payment processing, and product information.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.

- **Product Knowledge:**
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products and services offered by Great Deals E-commerce Corporation.
- Stay up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and changes to provide accurate information to customers.

- **Monitoring and Reporting:**
- Track and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and issues to inform team strategies and enhance services.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the operations and sales teams to address customer concerns and improve overall service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for enhancing the customer experience.

- **Documentation:**
- Create and maintain support documentation including FAQs, user guides, and troubleshooting tips, ensuring customers have access to self-service options.

- **Training and Development:**
- Assist in onboarding and training new support staff, sharing best practices and operational procedures.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, participating in relevant training sessions.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer support or related role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.

- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in customer support software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online payment systems.

- **Personality Traits:**
