AllCare is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our team in Cebu. As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience and ensuring operational efficiency within our organization. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic work environment while showcasing their strong people and project management skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services and assist customers in resolving their issues and concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Analyze customer issues and provide solutions or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and ensure that follow-ups are conducted as needed.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of common customer issues and resolutions.

3. **Operational Support:**
- Assist in the implementation of projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
- Support the onboarding process for new team members and assist in training initiatives.

4. **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Compile reports on customer feedback, common issues, and trends to help guide decision-making processes.
- Support the preparation of documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

5. **Continuous Learning:**
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide the most current and accurate assistance to customers.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of our products and services.
- Engage in self-directed learning to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and our customers.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or related role.
- **Personality Traits:**
- **Reliable:** Must be dependable, punctual, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- **Resilient:** Ability to manage stress and adapt to changing situations effectively.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong **people management** skills, with the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of customers and coworkers.
- Excellent **project management** skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools is a plus.
