Job Description:

Petron Corporation is seeking a passionate and motivated Support Specialist to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and internal teams. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve processes.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of support strategies.
4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
5. Provide leadership and guidance to junior support staff.
6. Negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial resolutions.

Requirements:
1. 4 years of experience in a customer support role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior staff.
5. Negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
6. Passion for providing excellent customer service.
7. Motivated to continuously improve processes and exceed expectations.
