**Job Summary:**
As a Support Officer at Converge ICT Solutions Inc., you will be an integral part of ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing assistance, resolving client issues, and maintaining a positive company image. This part-time position requires a resilient, resourceful, and adaptable individual who possesses excellent presentation skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality customer support through various channels (email, phone, chat) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues to appropriate departments while following up until resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Assist in the training of new staff members on support protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to improve service delivery processes and address client concerns.
- Develop and present engaging presentations to clients to convey solutions and updates in a clear and effective manner.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas and enhance service quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and participate in ongoing training to develop knowledge of Converge ICT Solutions' offerings.
- Contribute to team efforts by assisting in special projects and tasks as assigned.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or similar).
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or related role.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong resilience and resourcefulness to navigate challenges and find effective solutions quickly.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated adaptability to changing environments and schedules.
- Proficient in using customer support software, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
