Job Description:
Insider is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer support team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed- Develop and implement support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Analyze support metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new support team members
Requirements:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Proven experience in a leadership or management role- Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service- Strong planning and decision-making skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
