Job Description:
Insider is seeking a talented and experienced Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch assistance and solutions to their inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead a team of support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
2. Develop and implement support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and product offerings.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes.
7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to support team members.
8. Develop and maintain support documentation and resources for both internal and external use.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
5. Resilient and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
6. Experience with CRM software and support ticketing systems.
7. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
