Job Description:
Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Support Manager to join our remote team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the support team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a high level of resourcefulness and passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead a team of support agents to provide timely and effective assistance to customers.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures.
3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
5. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on support team performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
6. Train and onboard new support team members to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively.
7. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or related field.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
