**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Antipolo. The successful candidate will be a pivotal figure, working closely with various departments to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing support functions, implementing strategies, and fostering a culture of entrepreneurial thinking.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor a diverse support team, providing guidance to ensure high performance. Foster a collaborative atmosphere that empowers team members to take ownership of their roles.
- **Operational Oversight:** Manage day-to-day operations of the support department, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and KPIs. Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and customer service delivery.
- **Customer Engagement:** Directly engage with customers to address inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Develop and implement solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Strategic Planning:** Collaborate with upper management to devise and implement support strategies that drive customer retention and revenue growth.
- **Data Analysis:** Analyze customer data and support metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and development opportunities. Prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
- **Cross-Departmental Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and product offerings that meet customer needs.
- **Training and Development:** Identify training needs and facilitate professional development programs for support staff to improve skills and knowledge.
- **Quality Assurance:** Establish quality assurance measures and best practices for support operations to ensure consistent service standards.
- **Crisis Management:** Quickly respond to escalated issues, utilizing problem-solving skills and expertise to turn challenges into opportunities.
- **Resource Management:** Oversee resource allocation, budgets, and tools necessary for the support department to operate effectively.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** A minimum of 7 years of experience in a support or management role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- **Educational Background:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in support software tools and CRM systems. Familiarity with data analysis tools is highly desirable.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident in decision-making and able to provide clear direction to team members.
- Motivated to drive results and inspire others to achieve their best.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong decision-making capabilities, with the ability to analyze situations critically and make informed choices.
