Job Description:

Wilcon Depot is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Support Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the support team and ensuring the smooth running of the department.

Responsibilities:1. Supervise and manage a team of support staff, including delegation of tasks and performance management.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the support department.3. Review and analyze support processes and procedures, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.4. Act as a liaison between the support team and other departments within the company.5. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.6. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure that all staff are well-equipped to perform their duties.7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.8. Collaborate with other managers to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.- 6 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a customer support or service environment.- Strong leadership and people management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Strategic planning and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
