Support Desk Specialist (Night Shift - Onsite

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position**:Support Desk Specialist

**Schedule**:8pm to 5am

**Work set-up**:On-site (Clark, Pampanga)

- task and provide support across a complex enterprise infrastructure.
- Must have advanced knowledge in Excel (Formulas, v-lookup, pivot tables, etc)
- Comfortable doing outbound calls.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
- Organizational and time management skills a must.
- Ability to prioritize deadlines and openly initiate communications with management team if deadlines appear to be at risk.
- Positive attitude, collaborative team player, who cares about the success of their fellow team mates.

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mabalacat, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Support Desk/HelpDesk: 1 year (preferred)
