Support Consultant - School Systems - Makati - Weekends Off

WORK LOCATION: MakatiSALARY RANGE: ?18,000 or above | Depends on Qualifications / ExperiencesWORK SCHEDULE: 9 hours including Lunch Break | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and/or Information Technology- At least 1 year of work experience in School Systems or related Applications / Systems- Experience in providing 1st Level Support via Phone, E-Mail, and Online- Experience in supporting / maintaining / handling functional questions and business-related applications- Implementation experience in School Systems or any business application/s- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on the ability to influence and drive change through complex organizations- Team Player and 100% Committed- Ability to set and meet deadlines - Ability to work under pressure- Ability to work independently, with potentially multiple assignments- Enthusiasm for continual learning- Have fundamental knowledge in School Systems- Must have at least strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills- Has an eye for detail, willing to be trained, and fast learner
