Support Consultant - School Systems - Makati - Weekends Off

WORK LOCATION: Makati
SALARY RANGE: ?18,000 or above | Depends on Qualifications / Experiences
WORK SCHEDULE: 9 hours including Lunch Break | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and/or Information Technology
- At least 1 year of work experience in School Systems or related Applications / Systems
- Experience in providing 1st Level Support via Phone, E-Mail, and Online
- Experience in supporting / maintaining / handling functional questions and business-related applications
- Implementation experience in School Systems or any business application/s
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on the ability to influence and drive change through complex organizations
- Team Player and 100% Committed
- Ability to set and meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently, with potentially multiple assignments
- Enthusiasm for continual learning
- Have fundamental knowledge in School Systems
- Must have at least strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills
