**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Support Associate to join our team. This part-time role requires an individual who is resourceful and hardworking, demonstrating a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting our users with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our platform—all from the comfort of your home.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via chat, email, or other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding product features, shipping policies, and order tracking.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, utilizing problem-solving skills to find suitable solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring their issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and technical support, to provide holistic solutions to customer problems.
- Document all customer interactions and track customer issues using internal systems.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management to enhance customer experiences.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service skills and knowledge of the Shopee platform.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling high volumes of customer inquiries.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or tech-related industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Filipino is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve issues.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities while working as part of a team as well as independently.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications; familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
- A resourceful and hardworking individual with a knack for learning quickly and adapting to new challenges.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
