Job Description:

Grab Philippines is seeking a motivated and driven Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our users, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with our platform, products, and services.
3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
4. Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams to improve user experience.
5. Assist in developing and implementing customer support processes and procedures.
6. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Driven and motivated to provide exceptional customer service.
6. Strong persuasion and planning skills.
7. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
8. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
