Support Associate - Remote Work

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat- Assist clients with their inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience and resolution of issues- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and resolutions- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company products and services- Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing feedback and ideas for improvement
