As a Support Associate at Uproot Urban Farms, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth functioning across our farm activities. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Operational Support:**
- Assist in planting, harvesting, and packaging of crops to ensure timely delivery of fresh produce.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the farming area, equipment, and facilities.
- Support team members in setting up and dismantling equipment and ensuring optimal use of resources.
2. **Customer Service:**
- Interact with customers and assist with inquiries regarding our products, services, and farm practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to relay customer feedback and suggestions.
3. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Document daily activities, including plant growth observations, labor hours, and inventory levels.
- Assist in maintaining records of customer orders and processing payments when necessary.
4. **Innovation and Improvement:**
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify ways to enhance farm operations, customer experiences, and product offerings.
- Conduct research on sustainable practices, innovative farming techniques, and market trends to recommend improvements.

**Requirements:**
**Education & Experience:**
- No prior work experience required; however, prior exposure to farming, horticulture, or customer service is an advantage.
