Primary purpose of the role
Provides maintenance, monitoring and capacity planning of designated systems identifying trends or problems.

Perform tasks for the CoE's and Cluster IT project/portfolio management oriented work efforts and assignments, ensures that goals and objectives are met within time, scope and resource requirements.
Has an understanding of the business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of solutions/timelines for projects.

Understands compliance and regulatory rules, ensures compliance as directed by manager.
Participate and contributes on external and internal system audits as necessary.

Provide on-call support for assigned functional areas on regular basis

Education & Qualifications
**Desirable**: University or higher education degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain Management, or comparable experience
Experience
3-7 years of overall IT technical experience
2+ years of experience providing production support for global/international based users/customers
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to monitor, understand and react to key performance indicators related to the functional areas
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
The function requires knowledge of failover, deployment processes, change management, service management
Interpersonal & Communication Skills

Fluent in written and spoken English

Specific Technical Skills
Familiarized with Enterprise Architecture Integration and in Business to Business/EDI technologies and flows
Strong skills on TIBCO Products (RV, Hawk, EMS, Business Works Engines, Adapters, Administrator, Business Connect, Designer), IBM MQ server (debug code or write ad hocs)
Experience in installing TIBCO and deploying TIBCO components to UX/Linux/Windows servers
Proficient in SQL (any of Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server)
Unix/Linux/Bash/Perl scripting
XML/XSLT transformation
Capable of understanding layout, flow and business rules of EDI standards, specifically ANSI X12 and UN EDIFACT
Business protocols like AS2, FTPS/SSH, OFTP, SOAP, etc
Familiarized with version control software like SVN or GiT
Familiar with SOAP UI
