Supply Procurement Administrator (Reliever)

•Responsible for taking orders from salespeople, booking the order with the supplier, following up documentation, complaint management, and integrating all sales results.•Handling ex-stock business.•Processing of all commercial/legal documents and ensuring accuracy.•In charge of accounting in terms of distribution and collection follow-up.•Maintain contact with customers and suppliers.•Evaluate the efficiency of transportation and process improvements to optimize the distribution process.•Responsible for in coming and outgoing order processing and documentation, including generating delivery/shipping of documents.•Liaise with internal and external transport companies/departments for timely incoming/outgoing shipments.•Ensure prompt and accurate declaration of permits and prompt delivery and clearance of shipments.•Investigate and action all non-conformance and recommend corrective actions.•Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the supplier or required by the position.
