Supply Procurement Administrator (Reliever)

Responsible for taking orders from salespeople, booking the order with the supplier, following up documentation, complaint management, and integrating all sales results.Handling ex-stock business.Processing of all commercial/legal documents and ensuring accuracy.In charge of accounting in terms of distribution and collection follow-up.Maintain contact with customers and suppliers.Evaluate the efficiency of transportation and process improvements to optimize the distribution process.Responsible for in coming and outgoing order processing and documentation, including generating delivery/shipping of documents.Liaise with internal and external transport companies/departments for timely incoming/outgoing shipments.Ensure prompt and accurate declaration of permits and prompt delivery and clearance of shipments.Investigate and action all non-conformance and recommend corrective actions.Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the supplier or required by the position.
