Supply Procurement Administrator (Reliever)

• Responsible for taking orders from salespeople, booking the order with the supplier, following up documentation, complaint management, and integrating all sales results.
• Handling ex-stock business.
• Processing of all commercial/legal documents and ensuring accuracy.
• In charge of accounting in terms of distribution and collection follow-up.
• Maintain contact with customers and suppliers.
• Evaluate the efficiency of transportation and process improvements to optimize the distribution process.
• Responsible for in coming and outgoing order processing and documentation, including generating delivery/shipping of documents.
• Liaise with internal and external transport companies/departments for timely incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Ensure prompt and accurate declaration of permits and prompt delivery and clearance of shipments.
• Investigate and action all non-conformance and recommend corrective actions.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the supplier or required by the position.
