**Location**: EMAPTA Angeles
**Schedule**: Mondays to Fridays, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM PHT
**Your responsibilities**:
- Daily PO purchasing process
- Daily PO item status, shipment and tracking number follow-up and updates
- Use data sources to analyze issues and provide solutions
- Refresh contact lenses catalogue
- Maintain correct products live on site
- Problem-solving between suppliers, customer services and warehouses
- Maintain a good relationship with vendors
- Deal with monthly invoices check and upload
- Work with internal departments to reduce workload and improve customer experiences
- Help team members when needed
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager
**Job Requirements**:
- Has relevant experience
- Fresh college graduates are also welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Has excellent verbal & written communication skills

**Salary**: Up to Php13,500.00 per month
