JOB DESCRIPTION Supply Chain Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business goals.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.Demand & Inventory Planning
Oversee demand forecasting and inventory management processes to balance supply with demand.Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet sales needs.Implement systems to avoid stockouts, excess inventory, and reduce lead times.Logistics & Distribution
Manage warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations.Optimize logistics strategies to minimize costs while meeting delivery schedules.Collaborate with internal teams to improve delivery performance and resolve any logistics issues.Performance Management
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain effectiveness.Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, and making informed decisions.Report on supply chain metrics, risks, and progress to executive leadership.Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.Identify supply chain risks, implement risk mitigation strategies, and develop contingency plans.JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field7+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a track record in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, demand planning, and procurement.Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency with any supply chain management softwareAnalytical skills and experience with data analysis for decision-making.
