SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS MANAGER

 

Location:
Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu

 

Job Summary:
 

Responsible to contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by effectively and efficiently planning, leading, controlling, and organizing the activities of Central Supply Chain Operations. He/She shall be responsible and accountable n managing the different sections which includes Planning, Order Management, Warehousing, and Documentation of the processes and procedures including recommendation and implementation of continuous improvements to achieve sustainable and profitable growth, high customers satisfaction, balancing cost and service

reliability and developing people and professionalizing how they do things. 

Qualifications:
A graduate of Management, Accounting, Engineering courses, or other related courses.

At least with 3 years experience in managing and/or leading a team related to Supply Chain

Job Requirements:
Ability to organize, implement and identify complex problems and review related information.

Ability to establish, prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving

Excellent oral and Communication Skills

Excellent Organizational and analytical skills

Work Arrangement:
Monday to Friday Compressed work
