Job Summary: The Supply Chain Management Officer shall provide administrative and technical support to the authorized customers of the Assistant Vice President of Development's Supply Chain Management in the processing of Purchase Request, ensures availability and replenishment of supplies, timely creation of Order Release Forms, timely monitoring and reporting of expiring/recalled/defective products/stocks, ensure documentations of transactions and receipts, recording of stocks and proper maintenance of data on Material Master File for Supplies and as well as implementing tasks and activities using set policies, procedures and guidelines to achieve expected outputs.
Job Function: Monitors and encodes pending receipt and issuance transactions based on appropriate Movement
types (inventory/ direct expense) and supporting reference documents such as invoice, Purchase Order, RIS, etc.Generates Goods Receipt/Goods Issue Proof List for each batch of Invoice/RIS encoded, ensuring
complete and accurate listing.Updates /Adjusts receipt and issuance data as directed by the immediate superior based on appropriate supporting documents.Generates statistical reports and monitoring tools like the following, when required such as Purchases
Reports (Category/ Supplier), Expense Reports (Category /Supplier), Unit Consumption (Estimate), ABC Analysis Report and Stock Status QueryQuantifies number of documents and line items for Goods Receipt and Goods Issues encoded including canceled and adjusted documents.Job Requirements: Graduate of any Business/Engineering Course or with at least 2 years' experience in supplier/ vendor relations and coordination or related field in Material ManagementKnowledge of supply chain procedures, inventory and stock control record keeping, reporting procedures and basic technical specifications in Materials ManagementCertification or license related to function is an advantage
