Supply Chain Officer

Job Responsibilities: Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts and inventory movement trends.Conduct monthly forecast maintenance and actual inventory count audit.Address demand-related issues in a timely and progressively.Work together with the supply chain team when it comes to stock demands from Nabati Direct Distribution (NDD)
warehouses and Distribution Center (DC) and shipments lead-time.
• Collecting and analyzing supply chain data (Sales, Incoming Stock, Outgoing Stocks/Stock Transfers/Issuances, Inventory
and conditions).
Recommending improvements to boost performance and reduce costs.Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data.Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (warehouse-slotting, route planning).Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules.Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.Proven work experience as a Demand Planner, Supply Chain Officer or a similar role.Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.Experience in FMCG/Retail is an advantage.Working knowledge on relational databases and ERP systems (SAP, MS-Navi, MS-Dynamics, Oracle...others).Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.Aptitude in problem-solving.Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach.Ability to travel as needed.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
