Working arrangement : Biñan Laguna (Onsite, regular working hours)
Job Description: . Management and control of all supply departmental processes and functions.
. Controlling the optimum stock level of parts, and machines and optimizing the serviceability ratio
. Planning of inventories, proposing changes of standard stock for complete machines and spare parts
. Identify excess stock of machines and spares, and initiate or take appropriate actions, such as special sales efforts, scrapping, or return to respective factory
. Develops and recommends appropriate instructions and working procedures for the administration of the supply functions
. Ensure the company's stock is properly protected and physical Stock-Take is made in strict adherence to the instruction
. Ensure adequate and proper warehousing facilities are available for efficient material handling, storage and packaging
. Control quality and orderliness of stock kept in the warehouse
. Ensure all orders received are correctly processed and invoiced
. Ensure timely receipt and delivery of goods against customer's order
. Maintain standard cost price records in the SAP system.
. Participate in the budget plan - inventory stock levels and other departmental expenses
. Control and verify all invoices related to stock, freight & forwarding, and expenses by the Supply Department
. Arrange and optimize the packaging and delivery time of goods to the customer
. Follow up payment of indent customer account for advance payment.
. Ensures proper documentation of purchases, duty payments, VAT, and other taxes.
. Ensures prompt and accurate reporting of relevant information to management and the sales teams to ensure appropriate decision-making.
. Ensure target delivery dates are met so that products are available when needed. Avoid overstocking to preserve working capital and minimize exposure to pricing movements.
. To produce required reports, data, and analyses as needed.
. Organizes and executes special projects.
. Process the claim for parts and equipment & follow up on the compensation.
. Responsible for the return to the factory & other product company
Experience Requirements: . Minimum of 10 years' experience in Supply Chain managerial function
. Must have experience in using in SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
