We are looking for a Supply Chain Intern to join our growing business!
Internship must be an academic requirement.

**OBJECTIVE**: To understand the end of end supply chain process for kitchens and concepts
Functional Competency Tasks
PROCUREMENT
Supplier Relations - Ability to understand sourcing and collaborate with external suppliers - Update product catalogs and product prices provided by suppliers
- Assist in follow through on resolution of contentions between suppliers and operators
Food Cost - Ability to understand food costing and factors that may impact food cost -Assist with sourcing material requirements, cost comparison across suppliers
Procurement and Order Management - Ability to understand the procure to pay process
- Ability to process and manage orders using a procurement platform - Raise orders via SAP Ariba as needed
- Submit purchase orders to suppliers and follow through on delivery completion
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer Support - Ability to understand customers' (operator) requirements and attend to their needs and provide them with necessary information (i.e.
delivery status) and action on any day to day order and delivery inquiries, follow-up, complaints and feedback - Track operator feedback and escalate to department concerned as needed
Customer Relations - Ability to collaborate and coordinate with other units to come up and implement an effective communication plan to ensure customer satisfaction - Create infographics or short clips for memos or announcements to enhance operator engagement
- Cascade memos or announcements to operators as needed
OPERATIONS
Logistics Operations Management - Ability to understand the end to end cycle of operations, new operator onboarding process - Plan routes for deliveries to operators in the most efficient way
- Book or schedule deliveries via Transportify, coordinated with supplier and operator
- Develop and streamline operational efficiencies
Quality Assurance - Ability to identify product or delivery deviations, communicate or cascade to stakeholders and provide resolutions - Monitor operator feedback on delivery deviations and escalate to suppliers for immediate resolution (lacking items in delivery, product off-specs, etc)
**Qualifications**:
Students currently taking up Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management, Management Engineering
Must be an ACADEMIC requirement.
