Meet the team:

Dexcom is a medical device company primarily focused on the design, development and commercialization of continuous glucose monitoring or CGM systems for the management of diabetes by patients, caregivers and clinicians around the world. Since 1999, we have developed innovative technology that has transformed how people manage diabetes making the company the pioneer in glucose sensing for more than 25 years. In 2023, we expanded our global rollout of Dexcom G7, completed the largest expansion coverage in our company's history and delivered new operational and financial efficiencies while growing our business.

In support of this growth, our Procurement and Supplier Management (PSM) based San Diego, US through the Global Business Service (GBS) organization in Manila, Philippines is opening a Supplier Master Analyst position which will be the primary point of contact for Supplier Data and related process for PSM. Where you come in:
You will act as the primary point of contact for Supplier Data and related processes for Dexcom's Procurement and Supplier Management (PSM) organization.
You are expected to maintain the integrity of Supplier Data in multiple systems which includes:Supplier Onboarding/Offboarding (or Activation/Deactivation),
Supplier Information Management (SIM),
Conducting and Evaluating Supplier Risk Assessments which are required to support US Regulatory and/or Compliance Programs such as FedRAMP Authorization, etc.
Use of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) tool to assess Supplier Risk early in the sourcing process.
Ensure Supplier Data consistency between Procurement (Coupa) and Finance (Oracle) systems.

You will analyze and improve Supplier Data quality which will include running regular and/or scheduled Supplier Data reports.
You are expected to interact with various and diverse stakeholders from Procurement, Finance, IT and other internal colleagues at all levels to advance Supplier-related initiatives especially related to supporting and complying to Diversity and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) programs.
You will support special Supplier Data-related initiatives and other related duties as assigned.

You are fluent in English.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently and decisively at all levels of the organization.
Previous work experience in managing Supplier Information.
Familiarity and demonstrated experience working with multiple platforms and/or systems such as Oracle (ERP), Coupa (Procurement), Third Party Risk Management Tools and other Third Party Subscription Services related to Supplier Risk Management is preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Strong organizational skills

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience
