Salary Range: ? 16,000.00 - ? 20,000.00

Responsibilities: Conduct regular site inspection Manage workflow of the site Maintenance checking and coordination with the contractors Provide site safety and security / implement policies Inform / educate everyone of the house rules Handle client relations, gather issues from clients, and ensure site issues are resolved through maintenance and contractors. Procure supplies to perform work Monitor and distribute supplies Manage team schedule Delegate work, provide training and guidelines Coordinate with the building administration Weekly update the site status to the Admin & Facilities Manager Essential Qualifications: 1-2 years of related experience Good English communication skills to cater to foreign and local clients Experience in managing or supporting a facility is an advantage, but training will be provided.
